Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.

Replacement and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. If the replacement or exchange is accepted, the new product will be delivered within 5 days.

Refund Policy

If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation
